To do this, open your PDF with our desktop app, hover over the thumbnail version of a page, and click on the circular arrow. It’s pretty much the same thing as with the online version of our Rotate PDF tool. If you want to rotate all pages at the same time, head on over to the “Pages view”, select all pages, and rotate them with the arrows.
